Trans Passions.
Exhibition at Baltimore Clayworks gallery

Opening reception: July 6th 5-8pm
In this exhibition Jai will be showcasing a series of sculptures based on the passions of 20 transgender people living across Canada and America. Along with each sculpture will be a recorded interview so the gallery attendees can listen to each of those people talking about their passions in life. This is to both display the diverse lives that trans people are living across these countries, and also show that being trans is just one aspect of our complex lives. The passions that each of these people have are what drives these individuals to make their art, connect with their community and live fulfilling lives.
Each of these sculptures will be for sale and a portion of each sale will go towards an organization helping transgender people in need.
